Built from the Ground Up
Guerilla Tactical Services was born out of a simple truth: South Johannesburg deserved better security. Not corporate-style, tick-the-box patrols — but real, tactical, community-embedded protection.
Founded by security operatives with military and special operations backgrounds, GTS was built to bridge the gap between high-end private security and the communities that need it most. We combined tactical training, cutting-edge technology, and deep local knowledge into a model that works.
Today, with over 200 staff, a Gauteng-champion K9 unit, AI surveillance and LPR technology, and a 24/7 monitoring room, we protect critical infrastructure, residential estates, and commercial properties — while running one of the region's most active community development units.

Zubair Patel
Managing Director
Zubair Patel is the Managing Director and one of the founding members of our business. With a strong corporate background and many years of experience in the corporate security sector, he brings extensive industry knowledge, strategic leadership, and a commitment to excellence. His passion for serving the community has been instrumental in shaping the company's vision and values. Deeply connected to the communities we serve, Zubair is dedicated to ensuring that our services are responsive to the needs of the people and organisations that place their trust in us. His leadership continues to drive the business forward while maintaining a strong focus on integrity, professionalism, and community impact. Beyond his responsibilities as Managing Director, Zubair plays an active role in community and social development initiatives. He believes that meaningful partnerships and responsible business practices can create lasting, positive change, and he remains committed to making a difference both within the organisation and throughout the communities we serve.
Nazeem Ebrahim
Managing Executive
Nazeem is a seasoned IT and business executive with over 30 years of experience spanning South Africa, the USA, the Middle East, and the broader African continent. He has held senior leadership roles overseeing group operations, strategy, and revenue growth across multiple technology companies, including managing revenue in excess of R250 million per annum in his current capacity. He played an instrumental role in the 2023 listing of White Pearl Technology Group on the Nasdaq First Growth Market in Sweden. Known for his strategic insight and strong stakeholder relationships, Nazeem brings a track record of driving digital transformation, operational turnarounds, and sustainable business growth across the public and private sectors.

Operations Director
Abdullah Mahomed is our Operations Director, bringing many years of experience in the security industry. His extensive expertise spans both high-profile assignments and large-scale security contracts, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the operational demands required to deliver exceptional service. Throughout his career, Abdullah has successfully managed complex operations, ensuring that every aspect of service delivery is executed efficiently and to the highest professional standards. His strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence enable our teams to consistently meet and exceed client expectations. With a solid corporate background, Abdullah works closely with the executive team to align operational strategies with the company's vision and objectives.
