1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Guerilla Tactical Services website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GTS provides armed response, guarding, K9 units, CCTV surveillance, VIP protection, cargo escorts, critical infrastructure security, and community development services subject to individual service agreements.

3. Community Video Portal

Users submitting videos agree that: content must not contain graphic violence, racial content, false accusations, or identify minors; GTS has the right to reject or remove any content; published content may be edited or captioned by GTS for community awareness purposes; submitters retain ownership of their content but grant GTS a licence to display approved content.

4. Limitation of Liability

GTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by South African law.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng.
