4. Community Video Portal

Videos submitted to our Community Awareness Platform are stored securely and only published after moderation review. Submitter identities are stored securely but may be displayed anonymously if a display name is provided. We will not share submitter identity publicly without consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Under POPIA, you have the right to: access your personal information, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
